Lisa Migliore, General Manager

Hi there! I’m Lisa Migliore, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey back to The Waves.

With over 25 years of experience in business, finance, and property management, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of communities—from manufactured home properties to luxury RV resorts. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what truly matters to residents and guests in vibrant, resort-style environments.

Originally from New Jersey, I’ve proudly called Florida home for the past 15 years. My love for the Sunshine State is matched only by my passion for the outdoors. For eight wonderful years, I lived the full-time RV lifestyle, traveling the country and exploring its beautiful landscapes. That chapter not only deepened my appreciation for resort living but also strengthened my ability to deliver exceptional service to fellow RV enthusiasts and residents.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, boating, and most importantly, spending quality time with my grandchildren. I believe life is about making the most of every moment, and I strive to bring that mindset into everything I do.

My journey with the Zeman family of luxury resorts has come full circle. I began here at The Waves, continued my path at The Surf Signature RV Resort in Palmetto, and am now thrilled to return. My goal remains the same: to create a welcoming, enjoyable environment for everyone who calls our resort home.

I’m energized to lead a team that shares a commitment to excellence. Together, we work to ensure our residents feel valued, connected, and truly at home. I look forward to connecting with you and making every day a great one here at The Waves Signature Resort.

Miriam Rivera, Guest Services

Miriam has been with The Waves for over 2 years. She has worked in hospitality in both Hotel and RV Resorts since 1997. Miriam enjoys the full customer support spectrum. In her free time, she enjoys playing solitaire and being at home just relaxing.

Jill Kaufman Payne, Director of Guest Experience

I am originally from Ohio, go Bucks! I became a full-time Floridian in 2019 after retiring from a career in education and administration. My husband, Jeff and I play pickleball and enjoy spending time with our French Bulldog, Bob. We lived at the Waves RV Resort for approximately five years. Just this past August, we moved to a different home in Naples, FL. I rejoined the Zeman team in May 2026 as the Director of Guest Services. I have many friends and family at the Waves RV Resort. I look forward to planning activities and events for the Waves community.

Peter Kranites, Maintenance Technician

Peter has been with The Waves for 6 months. He has worked with Property management Companies in Maintenance for 38 Years in Florida. He enjoys the Guests and working with them, and tries to make their stay the best vacation experience possible. In his free time he enjoys road trips on his motorcycle, boating on the gulf, and hanging out with friends.

Antoinette Laguerre, Housekeeping

Antionette has been with The Waves since October 6, 2023. She has worked for several years in Hospital in Environmental Services. Antionette likes to talk with all the guests when she sees them. She says that everyone is very nice. In her free time, she likes to clean, cook and go to Church with her family and my friends. She love dancing and singing. Antionette comes from Haiti and loves her country. She loves to pray for others.

Ed Zeman, Chairman

Ed Zeman, Chairman and Partner Zeman graduated from Eastern Illinois University with political science and business degrees in 1988. After completing his bachelor’s, Zeman began his career with Mobile Management Company as the Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Coordinator. He has since worked with several levels of the organization and possesses invaluable experience with numerous real estate entities, a finance company, a home sales company, and more recently, an insurance company, enabling him to provide a unique perspective. Zeman has owned and provided various companies with hands-on management. Ultimately responsible for their success, he has developed a thorough understanding of all issues affecting the bottom line. A self-described “been there, done that” entrepreneur, Zeman has been moving his company to become a professional management organization, continuing to work closely with associates in the daily management of the organization.
