Chad Geffert, Resort Manager
Chad has been the Resort Manager at The Waves for two and a half years. He earned a 4 year degree at USAF Service in Business Marketing at Florida Atlantic University. Chad has been in the RV Industry for 15 Years working for resorts such as; Stockton Delta KOA, CA, Round Top Campground, PA, Hidden Creek Campground, NC, Naples Motor Coach Resort, FL, Waves RV Resort, FL. He enjoys the Guests and the stories they tell, and finds great joy working with customers and attending to their needs at the Waves Resort. In his free time, Chad likes the beach, road trips, fishing, biking and all other outdoor adventures.
Miriam Rivera, Guest Services
Miriam has been with The Waves for over 2 years. She has worked in hospitality in both Hotel and RV Resorts since 1997. Miriam enjoys the full customer support spectrum. In her free time, she enjoys playing solitaire and being at home just relaxing.
Kimberly Geffert, Guest Experience Coordinator
Kimberly has worked at The Waves Signature RV Resort since August 23,2022. She has done everything from landscaping to being an Operations Manager. Kimberly says of working at The Waves: ‘People are always looking for things to do and are very friendly. Meeting so many people and finding out about their interesting backgrounds.’ In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach with her dog Baby & thrift store shopping with her husband.
Rodolfo Gomez, Maintenance Technician
Rodolfo has been with The Waves for 7 Years. He has been in Maintenance for 25 Years.He likes to mingle with the guests and enjoy solving problems that may occur. In his free time he enjoys staying at home with his family.
Peter Kranites, Maintenance Technician
Peter has been with The Waves for 6 months. He has worked with Property management Companies in Maintenance for 38 Years in Florida. He enjoys the Guests and working with them, and tries to make their stay the best vacation experience possible. In his free time he enjoys road trips on his motorcycle, boating on the gulf, and hanging out with friends.
Antoinette Laguerre, Housekeeping
Antionette has been with The Waves since October 6, 2023. She has worked for several years in Hospital in Environmental Services. Antionette likes to talk with all the guests when she sees them. She says that everyone is very nice. In her free time, she likes to clean, cook and go to Church with her family and my friends. She love dancing and singing. Antionette comes from Haiti and loves her country. She loves to pray for others.
Cody Salyards, Maintenance Technician
Cody has been with The Waves since December 2023. He has worked in Maintenance on different RV Resorts/ Campgrounds since he was 19 years old. He worked at Goodwill Industries and TJ Maxx while in High School. Cody enjoys the RV industry because “it’s fun and people are always happy”. In his free time, he makes jewelry. He likes to draw anime’ style art. Coming up with new recipes to share with his family and friends. He also has written several books with a hero at the end of every story. He also likes to play video games like Minecraft.
Jacob Whitlock
Jacob is new to The Waves and started on July 9th, 2024. Jacob has over 15 years in Client Relations and Customer Service related positions, and 10 plus years of Insurance and Automotive Service experience. For Jacob, it’s always about the people! Making new friends and building relationships!
In his free time, Jacob loves acting and live performances. He plays in several musical acts, including a 5-piece “Irish Pub-Band”. He also enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
