Do you allow pets?
Non-aggressive pets are welcome, and all pets must be registered at the Resort Office. There are a maximum of 2 pets (dogs and cats) per site. No wild or exotic animals are allowed. Pets other than dogs or cats require resort management approval. Pet owners must have proof of their pet’s current vaccinations. Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets will be asked to remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.
Who owns or manages the resort?
The Waves RV Resort is owned and professionally managed by Zeman Homes & Resorts. Our on-site team consists of Management, Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Director of Guest Experience to care for all our guests.
What size are the RV sites at your resort?
All sites are concrete slabs 25′ wide by 65′ in length
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards accepted.
What times are Check In & Check Out?
Check in time is between 12:00pm – 5pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.<
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Stays of 30 days or more $500 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days before arrival date, no refunds if cancelled inside 60 days of arrival date. Stays less than 30 days get full refund if cancelled 72 hours before arrival date. No refunds for no shows.
What are your rates?
Our rates are based on season, length of stay and site type, you can book a reservation by contacting our office directly at 239-793-6886.
Do you have restrictions on RV types?
We welcome Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers 10 years old or newer and 25 feet or longer. If your unit is older than 10 years old please provide pictures to Management for consideration.
Do you offer Full Hookups?
Yes, The Waves RV Resort has all inclusive monthy and daily rates: sales tax, electric, water, sewer, cable, WiFi, curbside garbage pick up, landscaping, access to all the amenities and activities.
Do you have a laundry facility?
Yes, we have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.
Do you have to be 55+ to stay at The Waves?
The Waves RV Resort is an age-qualified resort for guests who are 55+. We do welcome guests under the age of 55 as well.
Do you have picnic tables on each site?
Picnic tables are available on a limited first come basis.
How close is The Waves to the beach?
The Waves is conveniently located near several beaches including Marco Island, Tigertail Beach, Keewaydin Island Beach, Loudermilk Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, Clam Pass Beach and all the beautiful downtown Naples beaches and many more. The closest beach is approximately 8 miles away.
